We just discovered these fairy-like flowers in our front yard. I don't know where they came from but suspect from a long ago purchase at our local master gardeners. They are delightfully like tiny orchids, wrong shape of course. How intrepid of them to be so bold in mid November!
Mother Nature also added her own touch to the small incaustic pages I put outside to spray fixative on, for my little Christmas books. I always seem to be outdone by her tender hand. A work in progress, I may have to consider incorporating leaves, eh?
